 Nigerian-German filmmaker and actress Sheri Hagen.

Sheri Hagen, Nigerian-German filmmaker and actress, and Willson Center Distinguished Visiting Artist was hosted by the Department of Germanic & Slavic Studies at the University of Georgia for a virtual discussion about her award-winning film, At Second Glance (Auf den zweiten Blick, 2012) on October, 20, 2020. Dr. Berna Gueneli, Associate Professor of German, led the discussion with Ms. Hagen, preceded by a screening of the acclaimed film.

 Dr. Olivia Landry, Assistant Professor of German at LeHigh University in Pennsylvania, and author of the book Movement and Performance in Berlin School Cinema, also contributed to the discussion.
