Russian Minor

Requirements

RUSS 2002, RUSS 3001, plus 9 additional hours of 3000/4000-level RUSS courses, one of which may be a RUSS course taught in English translation. All courses used to satisfy the minor requirement must be passed with a grade of C (2.0) or better.

At least 9 of the 15 semester hours required for the minor must be earned in residence. Students may receive resident credit for University-sponsored study abroad programs for which course registration and fee payment are effected through the University. Students participating in other study abroad programs must petition to transfer credits.

Students who place higher than RUSS 2002  upon college admission must complete 15 hours of upper-division RUSS  courses for the minor. Advanced Placement credit cannot be counted towards completion of the minor requirements.
